General Accident offer three types of policy, Telematics, Comprehensive and Thrid party, fire and theft. These are outlined below:

Telematics

General Accidents have a telematics policy, where you are measured on your driving.

You’ll receive either a self-plugin device, or they’ll send an engineer to install an alternate device if the self-plugin is unsuitable for your car.

Your driving is scored: above 70 for all journeys is important and a figure of under 50 is viewed as unsafe. If your driving doesn’t improve you are at risk of your policy being cancelled.

If you are a young driver, between the ages of 17 and 24, you may be eligible for a GA telematics price. You’ll receive a personalise renewal price, so if you’re deemed a safer driver, you could pay less.
