esure flex

The esure flex car insurance is a comprehensive policy which is only available online, the product was launched at a lower price point to be more competitive in the market.

It is also an online only policy, meaning that you won’t be able to speak to someone over the phone. Your policy will be managed through an online account – if you need help the only option is to use their online chat or virtual assistant.

How to make changes to or cancel esure car insurance

To make changes, such as adding an additional driver, or cancel, you can contact esure customer service with the esure car insurance contact number:

  • 0345 045 1000 (Monday to Friday: 8am - 8pm, Saturday: 9am - 5pm, Sunday: 9am – 2pm)

If you cancel within 14 days of your policies start date, you’ll be charged £26. If you cancel after 14 days, the charge is £60 [2]
