Admiral car insurance has received the following reviews [1]:
Admiral is one of the largest insurers in the UK, providing a broad range of car insurance policies with different levels of cover, which we’ve summarised below:
Admiral MultiCar is Admiral’s most famous car insurance product. This allows you to insure multiple cars under one policy to keep your renewal dates the same, keep one set of paperwork, and potentially save money (although not always).
On average, customers with two vehicles saved £179 [2] with Admiral Multicar, compared to buying two separate policies.
Admiral also offers black box (also known as telematics) insurance. Although this is usually targeted at younger drivers, drivers of any age can have a black box fitted and potentially have their premiums reduced.
A LittleBox will be fitted to your car within 14 days of purchasing the policy, which will measure speeding, smoothness, cornering and when you drive. If you often drive at night, then it might not be worth having a LittleBox policy, as this will increase your premium.
Your insurance will be priced on how you drive, not just where you live and how old you are. Safer drivers will receive discounts on their driving and you’ll be able to see how good you are as a driver, as well as receiving tips on how to improve.
You can purchase Admiral LittleBox through Caura here.
Admiral offers Third party and Third party fire and theft, alongside four tiers of comprehensive car insurance which provide different levels of cover.
If you need to cancel Admiral car insurance, you will need to get in contact via the Admiral car insurance contact number (0333 220 2000), email them, or get in contact via the live chat service.
If you cancel within 14 days of your policy start date, there is a charge of £25. To cancel after 14 days the charge is £60 [2].
