Content & Social Media Manager

Requirements

  • You’re an expert in all major social media platforms, with significant experience of managing these on behalf of a fast growing business
  • Strategic and scrappy, you can develop and articulate a clear strategy, and translate this into execution that drives results
  • A good mix of creative and technical, you can develop original content plans and turn these into high quality output autonomously
  • Comfortable with data and good with numbers, able to structure clear reporting and derive actionable insight from it

What the job involves

  • Develop and execute an effective social media strategy for all focus channels, growing awareness and engagement with core audiences
  • Manage the day-to-day scheduling of all social media activity, with an appropriate mix of proactive and reactive
  • Bring content ideas to the table and own the creation of original content for distribution across various channels, leveraging the wider team and relevant partners as appropriate
  • Work closely with our paid media agency to align our paid and organic social media workstreams
  • Work with our brand ambassadors and influencers to develop content-led campaigns that drive large-scale engagement and growth of active users
  • Develop clear reporting that tracks KPIs, communicate insights to the wider team and take responsibility for acting on this insight
  • Constantly seek innovative and original ways to reach new audiences, engage relevant groups and translate that into value for Caura
